Blowing of Bubbles

FOUNDER DAY

This is a special day for all the GEAR cubs and mentors since it is celebrated to mark our Founder's Birthday. Children put up ... As the name of the day suggests, it is an opportunity for the children to showcase their talents, whether it be script writing, singing, dancing or creating artistic props.

Puppet Show

The assumption is that children viewing the three puppet plays on the CD may not be old enough to read and write easily. That is why the special feature ‘How to put on your own puppet play’ uses oral and visual teaching, and not literary (text) teaching.

Family Day

The weather was beautiful. Everyone joined in the fun activities and picnic. The parents and children together with teachers had great teamwork and spirit while playing the games and treasure hunt.

Friendship DAY

Friendship Day is the perfect occasion to let your friends know how much they are needed and loved. The day calls for celebrations and enjoyment in the company of closed pals and chums!! The best way to celebrate Friendship Day would be to spend the day in a way your friendship group enjoys the most.

RAKSHA BANDHAN

The chaste bond of love between a brother and a sister is one of the deepest and noblest of human emotions. 'Raksha Bandhan' or 'Rakhi' is a special occasion to celebrate this emotional bonding by tying a holy thread around the wrist. Raksha Bandhan signifies that the strong must protect the weak from all that’s evil.

JANMASTAMI

Krishna Janmashtami is a day on which Lord Krishna was born to Devki and Vasudev. Krishna Janmashtami is also known as Gokulashtami or Gopalkala. On the occasion of Janmashtami, Dahi-Handi is played by young boys and sweets prepared using milk and milk products are served.

INDEPENDENCE DAY

India got its freedom from the British Rule on 15th August 1947. Hence, we celebrate our Independence Day on 15th of August every year. We all know that Freedom is not free. It took years of efforts, non-violence and another movement by our national freedom fighter to attain FreedomIndependence, Day is observed with great enthusiasm all over the country.

GANESH CHATURATHI

Ganesha Chaturthi is a Hindu festival celebrated as the birthday of Lord Ganesha, the son of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. Devotees believe that Lord Ganesha the symbol of wisdom bestows his presence on Earth during this festival and removes all their obstacles.

Performing fairy tale skits is always fun for children because they are very familiar with the stories before they even begin. They can also improvise within a fairy tale quite nicely. These skits are perfect for classroom, homeschool or community group

MY FAVOURITE RHYME

Although short, nursery rhymes often tell a story and contain a beginning, middle, and end. Whilst this may be a compact way of storytelling, these will be some of the first stories your child will be able to follow and understand. An engagement with a sequence of events will be a skill they need when reading.

CHILDRENS DAY

Children's Day is celebrated across India to increase awareness of the rights, care, and education of children. It is celebrated on 14 November every year on the birth anniversary of the first Prime Minister of India Jawaharlal Nehru also called 'Chacha Nehru'. Nehru is often cited as saying that children should always be carefully and lovingly nurtured, as they are the future of the nation and the citizens of tomorrow.

Toddler 1K Run

1K run for toddlers is to boost up their energy, Stamina and confidence levels, Where they can be appreciated for the achievements and rewarded. And this makes our toddlers fit all the time and makes them perform actions on all grounds.

Sankranthi

Splash Pool

Beat the heat with Aqua fun ! The sportive little ones of the Play house enjoyed the Splash Pool activity to beat the heat of the scorching sun. They put their swim-suits on and enjoyed the water games.

Ugadi
